2008年中深夜从东莞转香港回台北天母路上，彷佛听到天上声音说”孩子回家吧 !” Lisa 心中温暖感动地掉下眼泪，从此决定安定在台湾天母基地发展,努力为心中美丽钻石—台湾 ” Design in Taiwan, Made in Taiwan” 的新使命热情奋斗,从事艺术创作美学传达，热切在台北天母市定古迹"天母白屋"古迹生态保存活化及艺术文化创意社会关怀推动各项工作，专精研发设计,生产制造,品牌规划，文化商业策展，商品在台湾&全球品牌营销，策略联盟，近年推动台湾品牌活跃在台湾、日本、韩国、中国、亚洲、杜拜及意大利…各地,及积极推展中国文创园区与台湾文创的交流合作。

李绣珠Lisa Lee 于2014 年12月入选经理人杂志品牌力"Top 100MPV经理人"。
